Meet the Team Behind Flowstate
Supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage of infant feeding is more than our profession. It's our passion.
At Flowstate: Lactation + Feeding Support, we believe every family deserves care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized. We know that no two babies are alike, no two parents have the same experience, and no two feeding journeys follow the exact same path.
That's why we take the time to listen first.
Our role isn't to tell you what your journey should look like. It's to provide the education, reassurance, and expert guidance that help you make confident decisions for your family.
Whether you're preparing before birth, experiencing feeding challenges, returning to work, or navigating a new chapter, we're honored to be part of your journey.

Meet Renia
Renia Tsigaras, BSN, RN, IBCLC
Founder | Registered Nurse | International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
For Renia, supporting families has always been about more than feeding a baby. It is about caring for the whole family throughout the feeding journey.
Connection and health are two of Renia’s core values, which naturally led her to make lactation and feeding support her life’s work.
She also feels strongly about empowering women and helping all families access the clinical knowledge they need to make informed, realistic feeding decisions based on their individual goals.
Renia provides in-home and virtual feeding support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, bottle and breastfeeding refusal, returning to work as a milk-producing parent, introducing solids alongside breastfeeding, and weaning.
Her approach is evidence-based, warm, thorough, and nonjudgmental. She understands that feeding journeys can have both challenges and successes, and she values being a steady source of education, encouragement, and support throughout those changes.
Renia works with all populations and family structures, taking the time to understand each family’s needs and help them make feeding decisions that feel both informed and feasible for their lives.
Her goal is for every family to leave feeling educated, empowered, confident, and relieved.
Outside of work, Renia loves to dance. It gives her a creative outlet, brings her into community with others, and lets her enjoy a wide variety of music.

Meet Audra
Audra Burton-Easterbrook, RN, BSN, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant
Audra believes feeding support should feel safe, informative, and compassionate.
Having spent her career in maternal and child health, she understands that welcoming a new family member is a special transition, but also one that can feel new and stressful. She values being part of that journey and helping families feel supported as they navigate feeding decisions and challenges.
Audra provides feeding support with pre- and post-feeding weights, pumping guidance including breast milk storage and handling, return-to-work assistance, bottle refusal support, and breastfeeding support for families with multiples.
Her approach is centered on creating an environment free from judgment and pressure, where families feel comfortable asking questions, learning new techniques, and receiving the guidance they need. She works with families from many different cultures and backgrounds and values the opportunity to share information and support while respecting each family's individual experience.
Audra hopes every family leaves feeling supported, informed, and more confident moving forward.
Outside of work, Audra loves spending time with her family, gardening, growing food, propagating plants, and riding bikes.

Meet Monica
Monica Silva-Knorr
Practice Administrator
Monica helps make sure families feel supported from their very first interaction with the practice.
As Practice Administrator, she manages client scheduling and inquiries, provides behind-the-scenes support for the lactation consultants, and handles the administrative functions that help everything run smoothly.
Having experienced her own lactation challenges when she had children, Monica understands how frustrating and confusing the feeding journey can sometimes feel. Her experience makes it especially meaningful to now support new families and connect them with an experienced team that can provide the education and guidance they need.
Monica enjoys helping bring a sense of ease and comfort to families while supporting the consultants behind the scenes so they can focus on providing care. She values being part of a team committed to giving families access to helpful information, resources, and support.
Outside of work, Monica loves being outdoors, from the beach to the mountains. Connecting with the natural world helps keep her grounded and is an important part of her life.
